Blu(i)sh
A dry, lightly sparkling cider from Maine apples & wild blueberries
blu(i)sh is a cider of Maine apples and wild blueberries, co-fermented naturally and then aged in used oak barrels for eight months before bottling. Secondary fermentation occurs in bottle, giving it a light effervescence. This is a dry, precise, elegant cider, with a gleaming lushness for which all praises are due to the exceptional Golden Russet apple. It just dances across your palate, simultaneously rich and weightless.
